행사는 공사 직원으로서 반드시 숙지해야 할 안전보건 사항을 공유하고, 현장 근무 시 활용되는 안전모를 직접 수여하는 등 실천 중심의 프로그램으로 구성됐다. 특히 올해는 기존 기술직 중심으로 운영되던 서약식을 사무직까지 확대해, 직무 구분 없이 전 직원이 안전을 최우선 가치로 공유하는 계기를 마련했다는 점에서 의미를 더했다.
