우선 청도군 최초의 일반산업단지인 ‘청도 자연드림파크’는 지난 3월 매장유산 발굴 조사에 착수하며 사업이 본궤도에 올랐다. 총사업비 3,500억 원 이상(민간 투자 2,500억 원 포함)이 투입되는 이 단지는 친환경 식품 가공과 스마트 물류를 결합한 산업 거점으로 조성되며, 15개 기업 입주와 함께 700여 개 일자리 창출, 1,000명 이상의 인구 유입 효과가 기대된다. 병원과 호텔, 영화관 등 문화복합시설도 함께 들어설 예정이다.
