【브레이크뉴스 대구 】이성현 기자=대구지역 기업 10곳 중 7곳 이상이 지난해 대비 설 명절 체감경기가 악화됐다고 판단하는 것으로 나타났다. 원인으로는 내수부진을 꼽았다.

대구상공회의소(회장 이재하)가 지역기업 290개사를 대상으로 '2021년 설 경기 동향조사'를 실시한 결과, 응답 업체의 76.6%가 지난해 설에 비해 체감경기가 악화됐다고 응답했다.

업종별로는  제조업이 72.7%, 건설업이 88.0%, 유통․서비스업이 83.1%로 체감경기는 전 업종에 걸쳐 어려운 것으로 나타났고, 매우 악화로 응답한 비율은 건설업이 44.0%, 제조업 중에서는 섬유업종이 48.4%로 가장 높게 나타났다.

체감경기가 악화됐다고 답한 기업의 56.3%는‘내수부진’을 원인으로 답했고 그 뒤를 이어 수출 감소(17.6%), 자금사정악화(14.9%) 등을 응답했다.

자금사정이 나빠졌다고 응답한 기업은 66.6%로 지난해의 77.2%에 비해 10.6%p 감소된 것으로 나타나 지역기업의 설 명절 자금사정은 나아지긴 했지만 여전히 높은 수치를 보였다.

휴무일수는 83.8%의 기업이 설 연휴 4일을 모두 쉰다고 응답했고, 연휴 4일을 다 쉬지 못한다고 응답했던 기업도 2.1%로 나타났다. 연휴 기간 동안 근무하는 이유에 대한 설문에는 납기 준수가 34.0%로 가장 높았고, 인력부족 등 내부사정이 21.3%로 나타났다.

설 상여금 및 선물과 관련, 응답기업의 65.5%가 상여금 또는 선물을 지급할 것으로 응답해 지난해 설의 71.3%보다 5.8%p 감소한 것으로 나타났고, 정률상여의 평균은 기본급의 58.0%(지난해 49.7%), 정액상여의 평균은 47만7천원(지난해 36만8천원)으로 나타났다.

대구시 또는 기업지원기관으로부터 설 명절 자금을 신청했느냐는 질문에는 98.6%가 신청하지 않았다고 응답했다. 신청하지 않은 이유로는 지원 내용에 대해 모른다는 응답이 39.5%로 가장 높았고, ‘필요 없음’이 33.6%, 신청자격이 안 된다는 응답도 22.4%로 조사 됐다. 

대구상의 관계자는 “대내외 불확실성이 크고 내수부진으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 기업이 여전히 많아 상여금을 지급하겠다는 업체마저 줄어들고 있다” 며 “정부에서도 노력하고 있지만, 우리 경제가 안정적으로 회복될 때까지 지원정책의 자격요건을 좀 더 완화하는 등 지역 기업의 위기 극복을 위한 현실적인 도움이 절실하다”고 밝혔다.

Daegu's officials said, "There are still many companies that are struggling with large economic and foreign uncertainties and water problems, and even companies that are willing to pay bonuses are shrinking," and "although we are working with the government, we are desperate for realistic help to overcome the crisis for local companies, such as further easing the eligibility requirements of our support policy until our economy recovers reliably."
