A씨는 지난 2월 14일 오후 동대구역 복합환승센터 일대에서 미니스커트를 입은 여성을 뒤따라가 다리 부분에 검은색 잉크를 뿌렸다.
또 15일 오후에도 미니스커트를 입은 또 다른 여성을 따라가 엉덩이 부분 등에 검은 잉크를 뿌렸다.
조사결과 그는 스타킹을 착용한 여성들을 상대로 자신의 성적 만족을 얻기 위해 이러한 범행을 저지른 것으로 전해졌다.
재판부는 “자신의 성적 욕구를 충족시키기 위해 범행해 죄질이 좋지 않고, 비슷한 범죄로 처벌받은 전력이 있지만, 자신의 잘못을 인정하고 반성하는 점 등을 종합했다”고 밝혔다.
