【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=포항시는 오는 23일 오전 11시부터 오후 4시까지 만인당에서 ‘내일(Job)하는 내일(Tomorrow)이 기대되는 포항! 2022 포항시 취업박람회’를 개최한다고 16일 밝혔다.

시에 따르면 이번 취업박람회는 지역 구직자들에게 다양한 취업 정보와 우량기업 취업기회를 제공하고, 지역 기업에게는 우수한 인재 채용을 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.

이날 현장면접 60개사(채용설명회 참여업체 포함)와 알림게시판 60개사로 총 120개사가 구인업체로 참여해 280여 명의 인력을 채용할 예정이다.

이번 박람회는 포항의 기반산업인 철강·금속산업과 신산업인 이차전지소재, 바이오, 헬스 및 다양한 지역 우수기업들이 현장 면접에 참여하며, 주요 참여 기업체로는 현대아이엠씨, 에코프로이엠, ㈜삼정산업, 넥스틸㈜, ㈜티시테크, 그린사이언스 등 55개사와 포스코, 포스코케미칼, 포스코스틸리온, 포스코엠텍, OCI(주)에서 채용상담부스를 운영할 계획이다.

또한, 단순한 취업 성과뿐만 아니라 구직자들의 미래설계에 도움을 주고자 현장 방청 및 유튜브 생중계를 통해 기업 인사담당자와 함께하는 토크콘서트 ‘잡(JOB)아 보자! 일자리!’를 진행한다.

1부는 이날 오후 1시 15분부터 55분까지 포스코, 포스코케미칼, 포스코스틸리온, 포스코엠텍 인사 담당자가 참여하고, 2부는 오후 2시 45분부터 3시 25분까지 OCI, 에코프로비엠 인사 담당자가 참여해 기업 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 구직전략 소개와 취업에 성공하는 면접 꿀팁 등을 대방출할 예정이다.

이외에도 포항상공회의소 외 27개 유관기관에서 직업 심리검사, 이력서 사진 촬영, 뷰티스타일관, 바리스타 시음회, 취업 스트레스 측정, 창업 상담, 고용정책 홍보 등 구직자를 위한 다채로운 프로그램도 운영한다.

한편, 포항시는 구직자의 편의를 위해 구인업체와 모집하는 직종, 인원 등을 16일부터 포항시 홈페이지 공지사항에 게재하며, 구직자는 적성에 맞는 기업체를 미리 찾아보고 행사 당일(11월 23일) 채용 기업체가 요구하는 구비서류를 지참해 응시하면 된다.
