이날 봄 소풍을 온 경주 김남주어린이집 원장은 “아이들이 자연을 느낄 수 있는 넓은 공원과 눈높이에 맞는 다양한 체험과 놀이를 할 수 있는 시설 등이 잘 갖춰져 있어, 매년 아이들을 데리고 경주엑스포대공원으로 소풍을 오고 있다.”고 말했다.

공원의 대표 상설공연으로 관람객 100만을 앞두고 있는 인피니티 플라잉은 학생 단체에 큰 인기를 모으고 있다. 이날도 4개 학교에서 온 500여명이 관람했다.
