【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=대구시는 5월 가정의 달을 맞아 8개 구·군 가족센터와 함께 다양한 가족참여 행사를 개최한다고 27일 밝혔다.

이번 가정의 달 기념행사는 평소 가족센터를 이용하는 가족들과 지역 주민, 다문화가족들이 다함께 참여해 즐거운 시간을 보내기 위해 마련됐다.

중구 가족센터는 관내 아파트 단지를 중심으로 가족 체험행사 부스를 운영하는 ‘우리가족 행복을 부탁해’ 행사를 개최한다. 

동구 가족센터는 가족이 함께하는 ‘카네이션 꽃바구니 만들기’와 부부가 함께 세족식을 하는 ‘부부의날 처음처럼’ 행사를 개최한다. 

서구 가족센터는 어린이날을 맞아 저소득층 아동에게 선물을 지원하는 ‘꿈을 그리는 아이’ 행사, 남구 가족센터는 아빠와 자녀들이 함께 케이크 만들기 체험을 하는 ‘아빠와 요리조리 케이크’ 행사를 개최한다.

북구 가족센터는 ‘온 가족 치킨만들기 체험’과 부부의날 리마인드 프러포즈 ‘사랑이 술술’ 행사, 수성구 가족센터는 다문화가족 부부가 함께 도시락을 만들어 보는 ‘부부의날 사랑키우기’ 행사를 개최한다.

달서구 가족센터는 두류공원 일대에서 시민 누구나 참여할 수 있는 ‘가족사랑 거북이마라톤’ 행사,달성군 가족센터는 어린이날을 맞아 가족들과 함께 케이크를 만드는 ‘가족사랑의 날’ 행사를 연다.

지역별 가족센터는 다양한 가족이 건강한 가정을 이루며 살 수 있도록 가족상담 및 교육, 아이 돌봄, 취약·위기가족 지원, 다문화가족 지원, 가족 프로그램 운영 등 각종 가족 사업을 수행하고 있다.

조경선 대구시 청년여성교육국장은 “온 가족이 다 같이 참여할 수 있는 행사를 마련했으니, 많은 시민들이 참여하고 즐기면서 가정의 소중함을 느끼는 시간이 되길 바란다”고 밝혔다.

The Dalseo-gu Family Center holds the ‘Family Love Turtle Marathon’ event that any citizen can participate in in the Duryu Park area, and the Dalseong-gun Family Center holds the ‘Family Love Day’ event where they make cakes with their families on Children’s Day.

Regional family centers carry out various family projects such as family counseling and education, child care, support for vulnerable/crisis families, support for multicultural families, and operation of family programs so that various families can live in a healthy family.

Jo Gyeong-seon, head of the Youth and Women's Education Bureau of Daegu City, said, "We have prepared an event that the whole family can participate in, so I hope that many citizens will participate and enjoy it and feel the importance of family."
