【브레이크뉴스 경북】이성현 기자=경상북도는 2일 도청 안민관 다목적홀에서 ‘새(:SE)마음과 새(:SE)뜻으로’라는 주제로 사회적경제 주간 기념행사를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 사회적기업의 날과 협동조합의 날을 맞아 도민들에게 사회적경제의 의미와 가치를 알리고, 종사자와 관계자들 간의 소통과 화합을 위해 마련됐다.

먼저, 성악 앙상블 라 클라쎄의 공연으로 시작된 기념식에는 도내 사회적경제 기업 종사자와 관계기관 임직원 등 100여 명을 초청해, 경상북도 사회적경제의 성과를 공유한다.

또 장애인과 비장애인의 소통을 통해 치유와 회복이 이루어지는 소셜프렌차이저 히즈빈스 카페를 운영하는 이민복 향기내는사람들 대표의성공사례발표와 ‘한국경제의 미래 돌파구: 지방, 그리고 사회적경제’를 주제로 한 김종걸교수(한앙대학교 글로벌사회적경제학과)의 특별강연은 사회적경제야말로 양극화와 지속 가능한 발전을 이끌어가는 열쇠임을 강조했다.

부대행사로는 사회적경제 기업 20개 업체가 참여해 우수제품을 전시·소개하고, 입욕제·족욕제·천연밀랍초 만들기 등 체험부스 운영과 다회용기 지참자에게 무료음료를 제공하는 생활 속 ESG 실천 이벤트 등 다양한 형태의 사회적경제를 경험할 다채로운 행사로 진행됐다.

양금희 경북도 경제부지사는“이번 행사를 계기로 사회적경제 주체간 유기적 협력체계를 구축하고, 지역 활성화, 지속 가능한 발전을 위해 사회적경제가 제 역할에 집중할 수 있게 사업 발굴과 지원, 육성에 힘쓰겠다”고 말했다.
