또한,이날  주주총회에서는 사외이사 연임 등 3개의 의안이 원안대로 의결되었으며, 서한은 창립 54주년이 되는 2025년을 맞아  올해 수주 목표를 2조원으로 설정하고, 이를 달성하기 위해 전 직원의 역량을 집중할 것이라고 밝혔다.

서한은 지난해 분양경기 침체에도 불구하고, 영종하늘도시 서한이다음, 대봉 서한이다음, 두류역 서한포레스트 등 약 2,000세대의 주택을 성공적으로 준공하고 입주를 완료했다. 

특히, 역외사업인 평택고덕신도시 서한이다음 그레이튼과 서울 올림픽파크 서한포레스트 두 단지를 성공적으로 분양하며 지역 건설시장은 물론, 전국구 주거브랜드로서의 입지를 강화했다.
