㈜서한은 지난 29일 코람코 제162호 일반사모부동산투자회사와 구미시 공단동 256-25번지 일원의 관광숙박시설 신축공사에 대한 도급계약을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 이번에 수주한 사업은 지하 1층~지상 14층 규모의 관광숙박시설과 부대 복리시설을 조성하는 프로젝트로, 계약금액은 약 657억 원(부가가치세 별도)이며 부가세 포함 시 총 722억7천만 원에 달한다.

해당 시설은 총 205실 규모로, 대지면적 7,769㎡(약 2,350평), 연면적 21,154.18㎡(약 6,399평)로 조성된다. 공사기간은 약 31개월로 예정돼 있다.

이번 수주를 포함해 ㈜서한의 2025년 총 수주액은 약 1조 6천억 원으로 집계되며, 이는 창사 이래 최고 실적이다. 특히 장기화된 건설경기 침체 속에서도 대구 도시철도 4호선(엑스코선) 1·2공사, 대전도시철도 2호선 5공구, 조야~동명 광역도로 건설공사(2공구) 등 철도·도로 분야에서만 2,080억 원을 수주하며 공공 인프라 분야에서도 성과를 냈다.

이 밖에도 SH종평제인 신내4 공공주택지구 조성 및 건설공사(1,580억 원), 칠성24지구 주택재건축 정비사업과 대명 LH참여형 가로주택정비사업, 구미 공단동 호텔개발사업 등 민간 도급공사에서 5,926억 원, 자체 공동주택 사업에서 3,956억 원, 일반 건축물 공사에서 1,403억 원을 각각 수주하며 전 건설 분야에서 고른 실적을 올렸다.

이에 따라 ㈜서한은 2025년 도급 수주액 1조 2,068억 원, 자체사업 3,956억 원을 포함해 총 1조 6,024억 원의 수주고를 기록했다. 회사 측은 안정적인 도급 물량 확보와 함께 자체사업을 병행한 전략이 불황 속에서도 경쟁력을 유지한 배경이라고 설명했다.
