【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자= 한국원자력환경공단(이사장 조성돈)은 5월 27일 경주 코라디움에서 노사정 및 상주협력사와 함께 ‘상생협력 및 안전일터 조성을 위한 공동선언식’을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 선언식은 노사정 간 신뢰를 바탕으로 상생협력의 노사문화 정착과 안전한 일터 구현을 위한 결의를 다지는 자리로 마련됐다.

공동선언식에는 ▲조성돈 한국원자력환경공단 이사장 ▲정기룡 노동조합 위원장 ▲신동술 고용노동부 포항지청장 ▲상생협력사 대표로 ㈜고도기술 양태호 사장 등 관계자들이 참석했다.

이날 참여 기관 및 단체는 상생·협력의 동반자적 노사관계 구축, 노동이 존중받고 공정하며 차별 없는 일터 조성,  위험요소 없는 안전하고 건강한 근무환경 마련, 상주협력사 근로자까지 포함한 행복하고 안전한 일터 문화 확산의 4대 공동 실천 항목에 합의했다.

공단과 협력사는 선언을 통해 ‘협력사까지 포함한 통합적 안전·복지 환경 조성’을 위한 실천의지를 재확인하고, 앞으로도 노사정이 함께하는 지속가능한 산업안전 기반 강화에 나설 것을 약속했다.

조성돈 이사장은 “이번 선언을 통해 협력사 근로자까지 포함한 안전하고 포용적인 일터 조성의 토대가 마련됐다”며, “공단은 앞으로도 상생의 노사문화와 산업안전 시스템을 강화해 모든 노동자가 존중받는 환경을 조성하는 데 앞장서겠다”고 말했다.

Through the declaration, the corporation and its partners reaffirmed their commitment to ‘creating an integrated safety and welfare environment including partner companies’ and promised to continue to strengthen the foundation for sustainable industrial safety where labor, management, and government work together in the future.
