【브레이크뉴스 고령】진예솔 기자=고령군(군수 이남철)은 지난 12일 대가야문화누리 가야금홀에서 경상북도 주관 ‘해외바이어 초청 딸기 수출마케팅 교육’을 개최했다.

행사에는 포항딸기연합회, 남상주농협수출딸기공선회, 고령 우리들엔영농조합법인 등 경북 딸기 수출전문시범단지 관계자와 시·군 관계자 등 50여 명이 참석했다.

교육은 해외바이어 특강, 딸기 육묘장 방문, 전문가 강연 등으로 진행됐다. 

특히 홍콩에서 온 해외바이어가 직접 글로벌 시장 동향과 바이어 관점의 수출 마케팅 전략을 소개해 큰 관심을 모았다. 

참석자들은 고령군 내 육묘장을 방문해 수출 경쟁력 강화를 위한 딸기 육묘 생산모델을 공유했으며, 전문가 강의를 통해 수출 유망 품종인 ‘금실’과 ‘아리향’ 재배 기술을 배우고 안정적 생산과 품질 향상 방안을 논의했다.

이남철 군수는 “이번 교육이 고령군에서 열려 뜻깊다”며 “경북 딸기의 세계 진출에는 수출전문단지 농가의 노력과 해외 파트너의 신뢰가 큰 힘이 되고 있다. 앞으로도 수출 인프라 확충과 안정적 수출 기반 마련을 위해 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

Goryeong County (Governor Lee Nam-cheol) hosted the "Strawberry Export Marketing Training for Overseas Buyers" at the Gayageum Hall of the Daegaya Cultural Center on the 12th, hosted by Gyeongsangbuk-do Province.

Approximately 50 people attended the event, including representatives from the Pohang Strawberry Association, the Namsangju Agricultural Cooperative Strawberry Export Association, and the Goryeong Wooridulen Agricultural Cooperative, as well as city and county officials.

The training included special lectures for overseas buyers, a visit to a strawberry nursery, and expert lectures.

A foreign buyer from Hong Kong drew particular attention, sharing global market trends and export marketing strategies from a buyer's perspective.

Attendees visited a nursery in Goryeong County and shared strawberry production models to enhance export competitiveness. Through expert lectures, they learned about cultivation techniques for promising export varieties like "Geumsil" and "Arihyang," and discussed ways to improve stable production and quality.

Governor Lee Nam-cheol said, "It's meaningful that this training is being held in Goryeong County. The efforts of farmers in our export complex and the trust of our overseas partners have been a major driving force behind the global expansion of Gyeongbuk strawberries. We will continue to actively support the expansion of export infrastructure and the establishment of a stable export base."
