이날 정 의원은 ▶파크골프장 조성 및 정비, ▶낙동강 친수지구 확대, ▶생태레저단지 조성, ▶노후관로 정비공사,  등 다양한 현안 사업의 추진 상황을 보고받았다.

이에 대해 그는 “파크골프장 이용자가 많이 늘어나면서, 지역에서도 파크골프장 증설을 요청하시는 주민분들이 많이 계시다”며 “낙동강 친수구역 내 파크골프장 조성 문제를 비롯해 문화‧관광 산업 활성화와 주민 생활개선을 위한 친수거점지구 확장과 하천점용 허가 등 사업이 원활하게 진행될 수 있도록 환경부‧3개 군과 함께 머리를 맞대고 방안을 모색해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

이어  “평소 지역 발전을 위해서라면 부처 장관부터 사업 담당 실무자까지 관련된 분들을 직접 만나서 사업 추진의 필요성과 당위성을 적극적으로 설명해 왔다”면서 “앞으로도 우리 지역 사업들이 원활히 추진될 수 있도록 최선을 다해 챙겨나가겠다”라고 말했다.

 People Power Party lawmaker Jeong Hee-yong (Gyeongbuk Goryeong-gun, Seongju-gun, and Chilgok-gun) announced that he met with the policy planning officer and the head of the river planning division of the Ministry of Environment and reviewed pending projects in the region.

On this day, Rep. Jeong was briefed on the progress of various pending projects, including ▶creation and maintenance of a park golf course, ▶expansion of the Nakdong River waterfront district, ▶creation of an ecological leisure complex, and ▶maintenance construction of old pipes.

Regarding this, he said, “As the number of park golf course users has increased significantly, there are many residents in the region requesting the expansion of park golf courses.” He added, “In addition to the issue of creating a park golf course in the Nakdong River waterfront area, waterfront development to revitalize the cultural and tourism industries and improve the lives of residents. “We will work together with the Ministry of Environment and the three counties to find ways to ensure that projects such as expansion of base districts and permits for river use proceed smoothly,” he said.

He continued, “For the sake of regional development, we have met in person with relevant people, from ministers to business executives, and actively explained the necessity and justification for the project. We will continue to do our best to ensure that our regional projects are promoted smoothly in the future.” He said.
