‘경로당 행복선생님’ 사업은 관내 경로당을 대상으로 현재 20명의 행복선생님과 5명의 프로그램 강사가 활동하며, 하루 평균 3곳의 경로당을 직접 방문해 어르신들과 소통하고 있다. 이들은 건강체조와 미술교실, 상담 프로그램 등 맞춤형 여가·정서 지원 프로그램을 운영하는 한편, 노인학대 예방 홍보와 무더위 쉼터 안내, 생활 불편 사항 청취 등 다양한 현장 밀착형 서비스를 제공하고 있다.
