【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자= 대구시는 설맞이 지역소비 활성화를 위해 600억 규모의 대구사랑상품권 ‘대구행복페이’를 특별판매한다고 11일 밝혔다.

이번 특별판매는 대구시가 정부의 국비 지원과 상관없이 전액 시비 예산으로 추진해 고물가, 고금리 등으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 지역 소상공인들과 시민들을 지원하고자 마련됐다.

향후 정부 사업지침이 통보되면 국비를 반영해 2023년도 대구행복페이 운영 방향을 정할 예정이다.

대구행복페이는 할인율 5%, 1인당 월 구매한도 30만원으로 오는 16일부터 22일까지 한시 판매되며, 기간 중 발행액이 소진되면 판매 중단된다.

할인혜택 없이 1월에 대구행복페이를 이미 충전한 시민들은 1월 한시로 기 구매액과 합산한 한도(80만원) 잔액 범위 내에서 추가 충전할 수 있도록 할 방침이다. 

이종화 대구시 경제부시장은 “전 세계적으로 경제상황이 녹록치 않다”며, “대구행복페이가 영세상인과 소상공인의 매출 증대에 역할을 잘해서, 시민 모두 따뜻한 설 명절이 되는데 도움이 되길 바란다”고 밝혔다.
