지원대상은 영업신고 후 6개월이 지난 서구 소재의 일반음식점, 휴게음식점, 제과점, 이용업, 미용업이며 관련법령 위반으로 영업정지 이상의 행정처분을 받은 업소, 지방세, 세외수입 체납자 등은 지원 대상에서 제외된다.

음식점은 좌식테이블 입식형으로 교체, 조리장개선(개방형, 바닥, 천장 등), 객석 인테리어(도배, 장판, 바닥 등), 화장실, 간판 개․보수 및 LED전등 교체 등을 지원하며 시설개선 비용의 60%를 최대 300만원까지 지원한다. 

이․미용업은 간판 또는 바닥, 조명, 도배 등 인테리어 개선, 이‧미용의자, 세면대 등 노후 이‧미용설비 교체‧구입 비용을 지원하며 총 비용의 60%를 최대 200만원까지 지원한다.
