시내버스의 종점 운행은 운수종사자의 근로조건과 관련이 있어 대구시는 그간 시내버스 노·사와 지속적으로 협의해 지난해 5월, 시내버스 막차 종점 운행에 대해 노‧사 합의를 이끌어냈다.

그간 세부사항에 대한 업계와 추가 협의, BMS(버스운행관리시스템) 개선, 운행 시간표 작성 등의 준비 기간을 거쳐 18일부터 막차 종점 운행을 시행한다.

이에 각 노선은 최대 00시 20분에 종점까지 운행될 수 있도록 기·종점 출발시간도 일부 조정된다.
