【브레이크뉴스 경북】박은정 기자=경산시의회(의장 박순득)는 이날 제1차 본회의를 시작으로 오는 28일까지 제245회 임시회를 개회했다고 17일 밝혔다.

이번 임시회 기간 동안 2023년도 제1회 추가경정예산(안), 2023년도 행정사무감사 계획서 승인의 건, 2023년도 경산시통합재정안정화기금 운용 계획 변경(안) 등 기금운용계획 변경안 2건, '경산시 침수 방지시설 설치 및 지원에 관한 조례안'등 조례안 12건, '경산지식산업지구 개발사업 매입확약 변경(연장)동의안' 등 동의안을 포함한 일반안건 4건, 총 20건의 안건을 처리할 예정이다.

특히, 2023년도 제1회 추가경정예산은 지역경제 활성화와 민생안정에 초점을 둔 예산안으로 기정예산 1조 2,728억원 대비 1,618억원(12.7%) 증가한 1조 4,346억원이다.

각 상임위원회와 예산결산특별위원회의 심사를 거쳐 4월 28일 제2차 본회의에서 최종 의결할 예정이다.

이날 본회의에서는 예산결산특별위원회 위원 7명을 선임했으며, 위원장에 이동욱 의원, 부위원장에 강수명 의원, 위원에 권중석, 김상호, 김화선, 박미옥, 전봉근 의원이 선임됐다.

박순득 의장은 ”이번 임시회는 올해 첫 추가경정예산안을 심사하는 만큼 불요불급하게 편성된 요인은 없는지 세심하게 살펴서 예산이 꼭 필요한 데 쓰일 수 있도록 검토 부탁드린다.”고 말했다.
