이번 회기에 대구시의회는 2021년도 대구광역시 제1회 추가경정 예산안 및 기금운용계획 변경안을 비롯한 제·개정 조례안 18건, 동의안 3건, 의견청취안 1건, 공유재산 관리계획안 1건, 청원안 2건 등 총 27건의 안건을 심의할 예정이다.
17일 2차 본회의에서는 기획행정위원회 임태상 의원(서구2)이 지난 277회 임시회 5분 자유발언과 279회 정례회 서면 시정질문에 이어 다시 한번 대구경북행정통합 추진에 대해 날카로운 질문을 준비 중에 있다.
같은 날 5분 자유 발언에서는 총 8명의 의원이 나서서 시정 발전을 위한 다양한 아이디어를 제안하고, 주요 현안에 대한 대구시의 대처가 미흡한 부분을 지적한다.
각 상임위원회는 18일부터 22일까지 소관 시 집행부에서 제출한 예산안과 조례안 및 일반안건을 예비 심사하고 주요 사업지를 현장 방문한다.
아울러 23일과 24일 양일간 예산결산특별위원회(위원장 김태원)를 열어 ‘2021년 대구광역시 제1차 추경 예산안 및 기금운용계획 변경안’에 대한 심사를 실시한다. 이번 추경 예산안은 기정액 9조 3,897억 원에서 2,625억 원이 증액된 9조 6,522억 원으로, 예결위는 코로나19 경제방역대책에 중점을 두고 편성한 예산안의 적절성을 심도 있게 들여다볼 예정이다.
대구시의회는 25일 3차 본회의를 열어 각 위원회별로 심사한 예산안과 조례안 등 27건을 최종 의결하고 제281회 임시회를 마무리 한다.
