류 의원은 교육청을 향해서도 “정기적인 유괴 예방 교육과 훈련을 통해 아동 스스로 위험을 인지하고 대응할 수 있는 역량을 길러야 한다”며 “대구시와 교육청이 일회성 대책이 아닌 상시 협력 체계를 마련해야 한다”고 주문했다.
