【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구경실련 의정감시단이 2025년 대구광역시의회 행정사무감사 과제 14건을 제보했다고 21일 밝혔다.

대구시의회는 지난달 22일부터 이달 21일까지 ‘2025년도 행정사무감사 시민제보’를 접수 중이다.

대구경실련은 2023년 14건, 2024년 10건에 이어 올해도 시민 감시 활동을 이어가고 있다.

이번 제보에는 ▲알박기 채용비리 ▲홍준표 전 시장의 미국 출장 및 측근 관사 사용 논란 ▲공무원 골프대회 관련 정보 비공개 ▲시민 청구 정책토론 미개최 및 정보 비공개 ▲박정희 전 대통령 동상 설치·유지 과정의 행정 문제 ▲수성못 수상공연장 사업 논란 ▲대구혁신 100+1 등 시정 성과 왜곡 ▲언론사 홍보예산 ▲반월당 등 지하도상가 점포 불법 명의 변경 승인 ▲문화유산돌봄사업 수행단체 선정 및 고용승계 논란 ▲대구행복진흥사회서비스원 인사 행정 ▲대구시 산하 기관의 수의계약 및 정보공개 실태 등 14개 과제가 포함됐다.

특히 언론사 홍보예산 문제는 2023년과 2024년에도 반복 제기된 사안이다. 

대구경실련은 매년 홍보비 집행 내역과 공정성·투명성 제고 방안을 건의했으나, 시의회는 ‘공정 집행 당부’ 수준에 그쳤다. 올해는 2022∼2025년 집행 내역을 근거로 제보했다.

수성못 수상공연장 사업도 제보 대상에 포함됐다. 수성구가 추진하는 사업이지만 대구혁신 100+1 사업의 하나로 시 예산이 투입되며, 시 사무 관할인 수성유원지의 현상 변경까지 수반하기 때문이다.

올해 행정사무감사는 제9대 대구시의회의 마지막 감사이자, 홍준표 전 시장이 부재한 상태에서 진행되는 첫 감사라는 점에서도 주목된다.

대구경실련 의정감시단은 “이번 행정사무감사가 집행기관의 거수기라는 오명을 벗고, 실질적인 시민 감시와 견제 기능을 회복하는 계기가 되길 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

The issue of media company public relations budgets, in particular, was repeatedly raised in 2023 and 2024.

The Daegu Citizens' Coalition for Economic Justice has annually proposed details on public relations spending and measures to improve fairness and transparency, but the city council has only offered a request for fair execution. This year's report was based on implementation details from 2022 to 2025.

The Suseongmot Floating Performance Hall project was also included in the report. While being promoted by Suseong-gu, it is part of the Daegu Innovation 100+1 project, receiving city funding and entailing changes to the current status of Suseong Amusement Park, which falls under the jurisdiction of the city.

This year's administrative audit is noteworthy as it marks the final audit of the 9th Daegu City Council and the first audit conducted in the absence of former Mayor Hong Joon-pyo.

The Daegu Citizens' Coalition for Economic Justice's Legislative Oversight Team stated, "We hope this administrative audit will shed the stigma of being a rubber stamp for the executive branch and serve as an opportunity to restore the city's role as a check and balance for citizens."
