【브레이크뉴스 경북 】이성현 기자= 대구고용노동청(청장 김규석)이 산재 사망사고가 급증한 포항권역(포항·경주·울진·영덕)의 고위험 제조·건설업 및 기타업종 대상 61개소를 대상으로 산업안전부야 감독 결과 대상사업장 61개소 중 38개소에서 194건의 산업안전보건법 위반사항이 적발됐다.

이번 감독은 지난 11월 초부터 지난 22일까지 대구고용노동청­포항지청­산업안전보건공단 합동으로 실시한 결과로, 주요 위반사항을 보면, 형사 입건사항은 로봇 방호책 임의해제, 개구부 추락방지 미조치, 파손 슬링벨트 사용 등 기본적인 안전조치 위반사항이고, 과태료 부과는 관리감독자 업무 미수행, 산재미보고, 산업안전보건 특별교육 미실시 등이대부분이었다.

대구고용노동청 김규석 청장은 “산업재해 예방을 위해 올해 초부터 대구·경북지역 고위험사업장을 대상으로 공공기관 및 재해예방 유관기관과 협업해 관리감독자 중심의 안전보건관리실천 3단계가 현장에 안착될 수 있도록 지도하고 있다”면서 “이번 합동 감독을 통해 포항권역 사업주들의 안전의식 제고와 산업재해예방을 위한 자율적인 우선 안전조치 분위기 확산의 계기가 되어야 하며, 향후 산재 사망사고가 증가하는 지역은 강도 높은 집중 감독 등을 통해 사업장 내 기본적인 안전조치 미이행이 반복되지 않도록 엄정하게 대처하는 한편, 이를 위해 관리감독자 중심의 안전보건관리가 작업 현장에서 선행될 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.
