19일 경북TP에 따르면 IT Park는 우즈베키스탄의 디지털 경제 발전을 주도하고 있는 주무부처인 디지털기술부의 산하기관으로 IT 산업육성 및 IT 기업을 지원하는 기관이다.

경북TP는 2021년부터 한국국제협력단(KOICA)의 ‘우즈베키스탄 IT Park 지속가능한 성장을 위한 기반조성 및 역량강화 사업 PMC 용역’ 사업을 주관하며 IT Park와 긴밀한 협력 관계를 유지하고 있다.

이번 업무협약을 바탕으로 양국 간 IT 산업발전을 위한 비즈니스 협력, 양국 IT 기업의 수출활성화를 위한 협력, 양국 IT 기업 간 투자유치 확대를 위한 협력, 양국 IT 기업 간 시장 진출을 위한 협력 등 긴밀한 협력체계가 구축될 예정이다.
