【브레이크뉴스 경북】이성현 기자=경북테크노파크(원장 하인성) 경북청년창업지원센터(이하 청년센터)는 지난 21일, 22일 양일간 경주에서‘2024 경북 청년CEO 심화⋅육성사업’에 참여하는 경북 청년CEO 30명을 대상으로 창업실무교육을 개최했다.

금번 워크숍은 시장환경에 효과적으로 대응하고, 투자 유치 및 유통망 확장에 필요한 전문가 컨설팅 등 전반적인 사업전략 수립을 목적으로 진행됐다.

사업에 참여한 청년CEO들은 창업 분야 및 아이템별로 분과를 나누어 각자의 비즈니스 모델(BM) 및 성장단계 로드맵 설계과정을 분석하고, 투자/유통/사업화 분야 전문가를 멘토로 지정하여 청년CEO와의 1:1 맞춤형 상담을 진행했다.

또한 이를 바탕으로 기존 사업계획서 개선을 통한 사업계획서 작성 실무 및 피드백을 진행했고, 개선사항에 대한 공유 및 우수 사업계획서를 조별로 발표하는 등 비즈니스 모델 재정립을 위한 시간을 가졌다.

이번 사업은 시⋅군 (예비)청년창업자 중 유망한 청년창업자를 선발하여 9개월간 양질의 교육프로그램을 통해 밀착 지원하는 사업으로써 창업활동비 1,500만 원 지급 및 창업자 역량강화 교육 프로그램 운영, 전문가 멘토링 등을 통해 성공창업을 목표로 지원하는 경북의 대표적인 지원사업이다.

하인성 경북테크노파크 원장은 “잠재력 있는 청년 스타트업 발굴과 혁신성을 인정받을 수 있는 기업을 육성하여 경북의 대표기업으로 자리매김할 수 있도록 전후방의 지원을 약속드린다”고 말했다.

Experts in the investment/distribution/commercialization fields were designated as mentors to provide 1:1 personalized service with the young CEOs. Consultation was conducted.

In addition, based on this, we conducted business plan writing practice and feedback by improving the existing business plan, and took time to redefine the business model by sharing improvements and presenting excellent business plans by group.

This project selects promising young entrepreneurs among city and county (prospective) young entrepreneurs and provides close support through a high-quality training program for nine months. This project provides startup activity expenses of 15 million won, operates a training program to strengthen the entrepreneurs' capabilities, and provides expert mentoring. It is a representative support project in Gyeongbuk that supports successful start-ups.
