【브레이크뉴스 경북】이성현 기자=(재)경북테크노파크(원장 하인성)가 경북지역 중소기업의 글로벌 진출과 해외 우수 인재 채용을 위한 협력체계 구축에 본격적으로 나선다.

경북TP는 지난 22일 지역 7개 중소기업 협의체와 업무협약을 체결하고, 해외 인재 연계 및 글로벌 역량 강화 사업을 공동 추진하기로 했다고 밝혔다.

이번 협약에는 경북테크노파크를 비롯해 ▲(사)대경ICT산업협회 ▲(사)벤처기업협회 대구경북지회 ▲(사)중소기업기술혁신협회 대구경북지회 ▲(사)중소기업융합 대구경북연합회 ▲(사)한국경영혁신중소기업협회 대구경북연합회 ▲한국IT여성기업인협회 영남지회 ▲한국여성경제인협회 경북지회 등 총 7개 기관이 참여했다.

각 기관은 이번 협약을 통해 ▲해외 우수 인재 채용 연계, ▲글로벌 역량 강화 지원, ▲해외 박람회, 수출상담회, 채용설명회 등 공동 사업 추진에 협력하기로 합의했다.

하인성 경북TP 원장은 “이번 협약은 경북기업의 글로벌 시장 진출에 실질적인 디딤돌이 될 것”이라며, “광역형 비자를 통해 유입된 해외 우수 인재들이 지역에 성공적으로 정착하고, 경북 산업 발전의 촉매제가 되기를 바란다”고 말했다.

또한 “이번 협력은 한국과 각국 간 산업·기술 교류를 이어주는 연결고리 역할도 수행할 것”이라고 덧붙였다.

경북테크노파크는 앞으로도 중소기업과의 연계를 강화해 지역 산업의 국제경쟁력을 높이고, 글로벌 인재 확보를 위한 다양한 정책을 추진해 나간다는 방침이다.

Through this agreement, each organization agreed to cooperate in ▲ overseas talent recruitment linkage, ▲ support for strengthening global capabilities, ▲ overseas exhibitions, export consultations, and recruitment briefings, etc.

Gyeongbuk TP Director Ha In-seong said, “This agreement will be a practical stepping stone for Gyeongbuk companies to enter the global market,” and “I hope that overseas talents brought in through the metropolitan visa will successfully settle in the region and become a catalyst for the development of Gyeongbuk industries.”

He also added, “This cooperation will also serve as a link for industrial and technological exchanges between Korea and each country.”

Gyeongbuk Technopark plans to continue to strengthen its ties with small and medium-sized enterprises to enhance the international competitiveness of local industries and to pursue various policies to secure global talent.
