【브레이크뉴스 안동】이성현 기자=안동시의회 농수산물도매시장 행정사무조사특별위원회(위원장 손광영)는 지난 7일 시의회 상임위원회실에서 제6차 회의를 열고 그동안의 조사활동을마무리하는 결과보고서를 채택했다고 10일 밝혔다.

이날 채택된 보고서에는 작년 6월 특위 구성 이후 지난 1년동안의 활동을 통해 조사해 왔던 안동시농수산물도매시장 공판장 운영법인 지정공고, 도매시장 관리사무소의 기존 운영법인 관리, 도매시장 현대화사업 추진현황, 도매시장 활성화를 위한 행정처리 방안 등에 관한 특위의 입장이 담겼다.

조사특위는 참고인조사, 부서업무청취, 시민간담회, 현지조사 등을 거쳐 조사활동을 진행하였으며, 활동결과보고서에서 농수산물도매시장 법인 지정공고와 관리운영의 법령 위반여부에 대한 철저한 진상조사를 강조하며 집행부에 13건의 시정조치, 2건의 건의사항을 요구했다.

손광영 위원장은 “특위 활동을 통해 농수산물도매시장의 법인 추가 지정 및 운영과정에서 제기된 의혹들을 규명하는 데는 한계가 있었다. 이를 위해공익적 차원에서 위법 부당한 여부에 대한 철저한 조사가 필요하다고 판단돼집행부에 강도 높은 조치를 요구하기로 했다.”고 밝혔다.

한편, 이번 특위 결과보고서는 오는 19일 열리는 안동시의회 본회의에서 최종 승인할 예정이다.
