【브레이크뉴스 안동】이성현 기자=안동시의회(의장 김경도)가 11월 20일부터 12월 19일까지 30일간 일정으로 올해 마지막 회기인 제263회 제2차 정례회를 개회한다.
이번 정례회에서는 2025년 주요업무성과와 2026년 업무계획 보고를 비롯해 2025년도 행정사무감사, 2026년도 예산안, 2025년도 제4회 추가경정예산안, 조례안 등 각종 안건이 상정돼 심의·의결될 예정이다.

정례회 첫날인 11월 20일 제1차 본회의에서는 2026년도 시정연설과 함께 2026년도 예산안 및 기금운용계획안 제안 설명이 진행된다. 이어 12월 10일 열리는 제2차 본회의에서는 2025년도 제4회 추가경정예산안에 대한 제안 설명이 예정돼 있다.
회기 마지막 날인 12월 19일 제3차 본회의에서는 각 상임위원회에서 심사해 회부된 안건과 2025년도 제4회 추가경정예산안, 2026년도 예산안 및 기금운용계획안을 최종 의결하고, 행정사무감사 결과보고서를 채택하며 정례회를 마무리할 계획이다.
한편, 11월 20일 제1차 본회의에서는 ▲정복순 의원(혼일강리역대국도지도 가치 계승 방안 제언) ▲여주희 의원(송현초 주변 어린이 통학안전 전면 점검 및 개선 제안) ▲김호석 의원(‘안동 피지컬 AI 센터’ 설립 제안) ▲김순중 의원(안동시 탄소중립 정책 실효성 제고) 등 의원들의 5분 자유발언이 진행돼 주요 시정 현안과 정책 대안이 제시될 전망이다.
