매니페스트 이행 평가는 지방선거에서 제시된 공약을 대상으로 실천 가능성, 추진 성과, 책임성 등을 종합적으로 심사해 지방의원의 공약 이행도를 검증하는 권위 있는 평가 제도다. 이번 수상은 박 의원이 주민과의 약속을 성실히 이행하고, 생활 밀착형 정책을 꾸준히 추진해 온 점이 높이 평가된 결과다.

박 의원은 그동안 △전기통신금융사기 피해 예방에 관한 조례 △농특산물 명인 육성 및 운영에 관한 조례 △음식물류 폐기물 감량기기 설치 및 지원에 관한 조례 등을 발의하며 시민 안전 강화와 생활 편의 증진을 위한 제도적 기반을 마련해 왔다.

이와 함께 △낙천교 주변 환경 개선 및 공원 조성 △호반나들이길 정비 및 활성화 △용상동 가로등 교체 및 꽃길 조성 등 지역 현안을 중심으로 한 도시 환경 개선과 주민 여가공간 확충에도 힘써왔다. 이러한 정책 성과는 주민들의 일상 속에서 체감할 수 있는 변화를 만들어냈다는 평가를 받고 있다.

Andong City Council Member Park Chi-sun (Yongsang-dong, People Power Party) received the "2025 Korea's 100 Great Koreans Award" Manifest Implementation Excellence Award at an awards ceremony held at the Andong City Council on December 15th.
