【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구경북경제자유구역청이 입주기업의 수출 판로 확대를 위해 지난5월 27일부터 31일까지 태국과 베트남으로 파견한 2024 DGFEZ 아세안 전략시장무역사절단이 큰 성과를 거둔 것으로 확인됐다.

11일 대구경북경제자유구역청에 따르면 대구경북경제자유구역 내 입주기업 6개사로 구성된 무역사절단은 포스트 차이나로 부상한 태국과 베트남을 대상으로 지역 기업 제품의 우수성을 홍보하고 신규 거래선을 발굴하는 등 수출길 확대의 기회를 가졌다.

이번 무역사절단에서 총 74건 27,323,000달러의 계약 상담을 진행하였으며, 총 8건 127,000달러의 업무협약(MOU)도 체결하는 쾌거를 이뤄냈다.

특히, 대부분의 참가기업은 샘플판매 및 MOU 체결 등의 성과를 내며지역 기업 제품의 우수성을 확인 할 수 있었다.

아울러, 대구경북경제자유구역청(DGFEZ)과 베트남IT협회(GITS)는 5월 30일 수출상담회가 진행되었던 호찌민 호텔 닛코 사이공에서 대구경북경제자유구역 입주기업과 협회 기업 간의 교류 활성화를 위한업무협력 협약식(MOU)을 가졌다.

양 기관은 협약을 통해 대구경북경제자유구역 입주기업과 협회회원사간의 수출입 경쟁력 향상을 위한 협력체계를 구축하고, 상호 네트워킹에 힘쓰기로 합의했다.

한편 대구경북경제자유구역청은 매년 상‧하반기 1회씩 대구‧경북 경자구역입주(예정)기업들을 대상으로 무역사절단을 운영하고 있으며, 하반기에는 7월중 무역사절단 파견 시기·국가·규모 등을 공고할 예정이다.
