【브레이크뉴스 경북 】이성현 기자=경상북도의회(의장 박성만)는 오는 11일부터 20일까지 10일간의 일정으로 제353회 임시회를 개회한다고 밝혔다.

이번 임시회에서는 도정질문, 2024회계연도 결산검사위원 선임, 각종 민생 조례안 등이 처리될 예정으로, 11일 1차 본회의에서는 이칠구(포항), 임기진(비례), 윤철남(영양) 의원이 올해 첫 도정질문에 나서 도정 및 교육행정의 현안사항에 대한 문제점을 살펴보고 정책대안을 제시한다.

이칠구 의원은 동해 심해 가스전 개발 프로젝트, 영일만 대교 조기 건설을 위한 경북도의 방안, 포스코형 수소 환원 제철 관련 등에 대해 질문하고, 임기진 의원은 지역 특성에 맞는 청년 일자리 정책 마련, 농업인 안전 보장 체계 구축, 경북산림사관학교의 향후 안정적 운영방안 마련 등에 대해서 질문할 예정이다. 

또, 윤철남 의원은 경북 고추농업, 산림자원을 활용한 경북 북부권 관광활성화 대책, 영양군 도로 인프라 확충 관련 등에 대해 질문하며 TV 방송사를 통해 생중계된다. 

이어 도의회는 경상북도와 경상북도교육청의 2024회계연도 결산검사를 위해 도기욱(예천), 이형식(예천), 정경민(비례) 의원 등 도의원 3명과 세무사, 회계사 등 민간 전문가를 포함한 10명의 결산검사위원을 선임한다. 20일에는 제 2차 본회의를 개의해 다양한 현안에 대한 5분 자유발언과 함께 각종 민생 조례안 등의 안건을 처리하고 폐회한다.

박성만 의장은“우리 경북은 나라가 위기에 처할 때마다 분연히 일어나 대한민국을 지켜낸 구국의 주역”이라고 강조하고“탄핵 선고결과에 동요하지 말고 우리의 역량을 최대한 결집하여 2025 APEC 정상회의 성공 개최 등 지역 현안 사업의 차질 없는 진행”을 집행부에 당부했다. 이어 “봄철 해빙기 안전대책 수립 및 산불예방 대책에 만전을 기하고, 새 학기 돌봄시스템을 점검하여 학생과 선생님 모두 안전한 학교생활을 할 수 있도록 하자”고 말했다.

In addition, Rep. Yoon Cheol-nam will ask questions about Gyeongbuk pepper farming, measures to revitalize tourism in the northern part of Gyeongbuk using forest resources, and the expansion of road infrastructure in Yeongyang-gun, which will be broadcast live on TV.

Then, the provincial council will appoint 10 members of the final audit committee, including three members of the provincial council, Do Gi-wook (Yecheon), Lee Hyeong-sik (Yecheon), and Jeong Gyeong-min (proportional representation), as well as private experts such as tax accountants and accountants, to conduct the final audit of Gyeongsangbuk-do and the Gyeongsangbuk-do Office of Education for the 2024 fiscal year.

On the 20th, the 2nd plenary session will be held, and after 5 minutes of free speech on various current issues, the agenda items such as various livelihood ordinances will be processed and closed.
