경상북도는 도내 우수 기업 다미, 로진, 황남빵이 오는 26일부터 28일까지 경주에서 열리는 '2025 APEC 문화산업고위급대화'의 공식 협찬사로 선정됐다고 밝혔다.

이번 선정은 외교부 APEC준비기획단의 엄정한 심사를 거쳐 결정됐다. 선정 기업은 외교부 APEC 홈페이지에 공식 협찬사로 공표되며, 천년의 미소를 담은 얼굴무늬 수막새를 형상화한 공식 엠블럼을 마케팅에 활용할 수 있는 혜택도 제공된다.

문경시에 있는 다미는 경상북도 무형유산 사기장인 김선식 대표가 이끄는 도자기 기업이다. 전통 장작가마 기법으로 제작한 고품질 식기 세트를 협찬한다. 이 식기 세트는 행사 환송 만찬에서 사용될 예정으로, 한국 전통 도자기의 아름다움을 전 세계에 알리는 계기가 될 전망이다.

영주에 있는 로진은 경주 사계를 테마로 디자인한 '소백산수' 생수를 협찬한다. 행사 전용 패키지와 관광지 연계 QR코드를 통해 참가자들이 경주의 매력을 직접 경험할 수 있도록 했다.

경주의 황남빵은 브랜드 대표성과 국산 팥 사용, 지역 농가와의 상생 노력을 인정받아 협찬사로 선정됐다. 황남빵은 APEC 공식 회의 참석자에게 제공될 뿐 아니라, 외교부에서 운영하는 전국 순회 푸드트럭에서도 간식으로 활용될 예정이다.

이번 '2025 APEC 문화산업고위급대화'는 문화창조산업 교류·협력을 목적으로 개최되는 최초의 고위급 행사다. 문화장관이 참여하며 향후 정례화 추진도 계획돼 있다.

김상철 APEC준비지원단장은 "세계인의 이목이 집중되는 APEC 정상회의에 우리 지역 우수 기업이 공식 협찬사로 함께하게 되어 뜻깊다"며 "앞으로도 경북의 우수 제품이 국제 무대에서 더욱 많이 소개될 수 있도록 노력하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Three outstanding companies from Gyeongsangbuk-do have been given the opportunity to make their mark on the world.

Yeongju-based Rojin is sponsoring "Sobaeksansu" mineral water, designed with the theme of Gyeongju's four seasons. Event-specific packaging and QR codes linked to tourist attractions allow participants to experience the charms of Gyeongju firsthand.

Gyeongju's Hwangnam Bread was selected as a sponsor in recognition of its brand identity, use of domestically grown red beans, and commitment to coexistence with local farmers. Hwangnam Bread will not only be provided to APEC official meeting attendees, but will also be available as a snack at food trucks traveling nationwide operated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This "2025 APEC Cultural Industry High-Level Dialogue" is the first high-level event to promote exchange and cooperation in the cultural and creative industries. The Minister of Culture will participate, and plans are underway to make it a regular event.

Kim Sang-cheol, Director of the APEC Preparation Support Team, said, "It is meaningful that our region's outstanding companies are participating as official sponsors of the APEC Summit, which attracts global attention.
