【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 동구(구청장 윤석준)가 ‘제3회 동구 장애인 재활 어울림 체육대회’를 개최한다고 15일 밝혔다.

오는 16일 아양아트센터에서 동구장애인재활센터(센터장 이종근) 주최로 열리는 이번 대회는 지난 2023년에 이어 세 번째로 개최되는 행사다.

한궁, 퍼팅 등 장애인과 비장애인이 함께 즐길 수 있는 생활체육 종목으로 구성됐으며 약 400여 명의 선수와 자원봉사자가 참여해 화합의 장을 만든다.

윤석준 동구청장은 “이번 대회를 통해 장애인과 비장애인이 함께 어울리며 서로를 이해하는 기회가 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 동구가 주민 모두가 즐기는 건전한 생활체육 도시로 자리잡을 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
