【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=한국사학진흥재단(이사장 지병문, 이하 ‘KASFO’)은 폐교대학후속 조치 지원관리 사업의 하나로 폐교된 동부산대학교의 학사 및 교직원 인사 등 각종 제 증명서를 11월 18일자로 폐교대학통합 증명발급 사이트에서 발급이 가능하도록 서비스를 개시한다고 16일 밝혔다.

동부산대학교는 교육부 감사 후속 조치 및 학사운영 부실로 인하여 교육부로부터 학교폐쇄 명령을 받은 후 ‘20년 8월말 최종 폐교되었다. 이에 따라, KASFO는 학사 및 인사 DATA를 동부산대학교로부터 이관받아 폐교대학 증명발급 서비스를위한 사전준비 절차(DATA 정합성 검증 및 DB 표준화 작업)를 거쳐 동부산대학교의 제 증명서 발급 서비스 지원을 준비했다.

동부산대학교 구성원에게 지원되는 제 증명서 종류는 총 12종으로 세부목록은 아래와 같으며, 제 증명서는 모두 무료로 제공한다. 제 증명서 발급 희망자는 본인명의의 핸드폰 인증이후 인터넷에서 바로 출력이 가능하고 본인인증이 어려운 경우에는 한국사학진흥재단 담당자 문의를 통하여 오프라인으로 발급받을 수 있다.

KASFO는 동부산대학교에서 이관된 정보를 바탕으로 오류정보를 보완했으나 개명 등으로 인하여 발급정보의 수정이 필요한 경우기재사항 정정원을 한국사학진흥재단으로 제출하면 검토 및 정정하여 폐교대학 구성원이 사회활동에 불이익을 받지 않도록 지원할 방침이라고 밝혔다.
