이번 기능개선으로 이용자의 요구사항및 대학재정 관련 사회적 이슈사항을 제공함으로써 이용자 중심의 대학재정정보를 제공하는 공시시스템으로 거듭났다.

새롭게 구축된 ‘대학재정알리미’의 주요 개선사항으로는 첫째, 메인메뉴 디자인 및 기능을 개선함으로써 이용자들이 원하는 자료를찾기쉽게 하였으며 둘째, 대학별 재정·회계 분석을 통해 학교별 심도 있는분석보고서를제공하였고 마지막으로 테마·이슈통계를통해 대외적 관심도가 높은 교육비 환원율, 적립금 투자손익 등 18개항목을 대학별로 공시하여 학생, 학부모, 대학 교직원, 정부·유관기관관계자들이 쉽고 빠르게 필요한 자료를 찾을 수 있도록 했다.

재단 관계자는 “대학재정알리미를 통해 누구나 대학별 재정·회계정보를 쉽고 빠르게 이용할 수 있도록 개선하였고 앞으로도 유용한대학정보를 이용자들에게 지속적으로 제공할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
