지적재조사사업은 2030년까지 실제현황과 불일치한 지역에 실시하는 장기 국책 사업으로 100여 년 전 일제강점기에 만들어진 종이지적도면을 폐쇄하고 GPS 등 첨단기술로 현장을 새로 측량해 디지털 지적도면을 다시 작성하는 사업이다.
동구에 따르면 이번 주민설명회는 2023년도 지적재조사 사업지구로 선정된 ‘율하1지구’에 대하여 토지소유자들에게 지적재조사사업 추진내용을 설명하고 주민들의 의문점에 대하여 질의·토론할 계획이다.
또 토지소유자의 2/3이상의 동의를 받아 4월 중으로 대구시에 사업지구지정을 신청할 예정이다. ‘율하1지구’는 총 182필지, 4만1천㎡의 규모로 2024년 12월까지 사업완료가 목표다.
윤석준 동구청장은 “지적재조사사업이 완료되면 토지소유자간 경계분쟁이 사라지고 재산의 가치가 향상되어 개인의 재산권 보호와 함께 토지를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있다”고 밝혔다.
