【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자= 대구시는 ‘대구유망기업 채용상담회’를 오는 18일부터 19일까지 엑스코 서관 3층에서 개최한다고 밝혔다.

13일, 시에 따르면 이번 채용상담회는 ‘2023 대구원스톱기업지원박람회’의 세부 프로그램으로 지역기업의 인력난과 구직자의 취업난 미스매칭 해소를 위해 마련됐다.

특히, 이번 행사에는 엘앤에프·보그워너·이수페타시스 등 최근 투자가 잇따르고 있는 미래 신산업 선도기업과 에스엘·SSLM·삼보모터스 등 지역주력기업, 비즈데이터·모라이·이인텔리전스 등 ABB-자율주행-SW 강소기업까지 35개의 지역 유망기업이 참여한 가운데 채용상담·면접·컨설팅의 ‘대면 채용상담회’가 신설 운영된다.

또 경창산업, 미래첨단소재 등 20개사가 참여한 가운데 유튜브 라이브 방송을 활용한 온·오프라인 방식의 ‘채용 오픈스튜디오’도 함께 진행한다.

기업의 인사팀 관계자가 직접 방송에 참여해 모집직종, 근무조건, 처우복지, 사내문화 등 상세한 취업정보를 설명하고 궁금증을 풀어줌으로써 구직자들의 이해를 돕고 취업 욕구에 활기를 불어넣을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

올해 채용상담회는 기존 대구광역시 원스톱일자리지원센터, 대구TP에 더해 대구고용노동청과 대구혁신도시 이전 공공기관인 한국산업기술평가관리원까지 힘을 합쳐 기관별 관련 육성기업이 함께 진행한다.

채용상담회 참가 신청은 ‘2023 대구원스톱기업지원박람회’ 홈페이지에서 가능하며, 현장면접에 참여를 원하는 구직자는 이력서를 준비해 행사장을 방문하면 된다.

김광묵 대구시 원스톱기업투자센터장은 “이번 채용상담회는 기업과 구직자 간 맞춤형 일자리 매칭으로 인력 적기 수급뿐만 아니라 청년들에게 좋은 일자리를 제공하는데 큰 역할을 할 것”이라며 “지역 유망기업이 많이 참가할 계획이니 구직자분들의 많은 관심과 현장 방문을 부탁드린다”고 밝혔다.
