【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=경북하이브리드부품연구원(원장 업무대행 문지훈, 이하 '연구원)이 첨단부품 소재산업 활성화를 위한 활동에 박차를 가하고 있다고 9일 밝혔다.

경북하이브리드부품연구원은 2007년, 첨단 부품소재산업에 관한 연구개발 역량 강화와 지역산업발전에 기여하기 위해 경상북도 출연기관으로 설립되었다.

이후 연구원은 지역의 부품‧소재산업의 구조 고도화를 주도해 나가며 경북 미래핵심사업인 탄소산업을 성공적으로 안착시키고 주도적으로 이끌어 나가는 기관으로 거듭나기 위한 다양한 활동을 펼쳐나가고 있다.

그 노력의 일환으로 구미 국가산업단지 5공단에 ‘탄소성형부품 상용화인증센터’와 경산 일반4산업단지에 ‘탄소복합 설계해석 기술지원센터’를 운영하고 있으며, 경주 구어 2산업단지에 ‘탄소소재부품 리사이클링 센터’를 건립 중이다.

또한, 자동차부품 생산‧운송 관리 스마트화로 획기적인 생산성 향상을 위한 저전력 지능형 10T(발음/아이오티) 물류부품 상용화 기반구축사업에도 심혈을 기울이고 있는 것으로 알려진다.

뿐만 아니라 연구원은 지역 기업의 생산성 향상과 경제 활성화를 위해 다년간의 기업지원 노하우가 축적된 기업 맞춤형 지원 통합 플랫폼으로 주도적 역할을 담당하면서 지원기업의 기술적, 경제적 성과와 수출 증대, 해외 사업화까지 이어지는 글로벌 성과 창출을 유도하며 명실상부한 전국 최고 기업지원기관으로 자리매김 하고 있다.

경북하이브리드연구원 관계자는 “현재 고금리‧고물가‧고환률 3고의 어려운 대외 환경 극복을 위해 경북지역 일자리 창출 및 인력양성사업을 수행해 고급인력의 육성과 기업의 성장을 촉진시키고자 노력 중이다.”라고 설명하며 “국제기관 및 국외 기업들과 국제협력 기술개발사업과 네트워킹을 지원해 첨단 소재·부품 산업의 기술고도화도 유도하고 있다.”는 소식을 전했다.
