【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대한민국시장·군수·구청장협의회(대표회장 조재구 대구 남구청장, 이하 협의회)는 한국빈집관리사협회와 빈집 문제 해결을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 19일 밝혔다.

협약식은 남구청 회의실에서 열렸으며, 조재구 협의회 대표회장과 전상선 한국빈집관리사협회장을 비롯한 관계자들이 참석했다.

이번 협약은 인구감소와 지방소멸 위기에 대응하기 위한 민관 협력체계를 마련하고, 빈집 효율적 관리와 공동 정책 발굴을 추진하기 위해 마련됐다.

양 기관은 빈집 실태조사 및 정보 공유, 정책 개발, 교육·홍보 프로그램 운영, 기초자치단체의 빈집 관리 역량 강화, 법·제도 개선 등에 협력할 방침이다.

조재구 대표회장은 “지방소멸로 인한 빈집 문제는 지역사회 환경과 안전에 직결되는 중요한 사안”이라며 “이번 협약을 계기로 민관이 힘을 모아 빈집 관리와 대응을 적극 추진해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

The Korea Mayors, County Mayors, and District Mayors Association (Chairman Cho Jae-gu, Mayor of Nam-gu, Daegu, hereinafter referred to as the Association) announced on the 19th that it has signed a business agreement with the Korea Vacant House Management Association to address the issue of vacant houses.
