【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 남구가 국공립 어린이집 교직원들의 전문성 강화를 위해 하계연수를 열었다.

남구청은 지난 19일 영남이공대 천마스퀘어 시청각실에서 남구 국공립어린이집연합회와 함께 ‘2025년 보육교직원 하계연수’를 개최했다고 22일 밝혔다.

이날 행사에는 남구 관내 국공립 어린이집 원장과 교사 등 150여 명이 참석했다.

연수는 ‘트렌드 이해를 통한 교사의 퍼스널 브랜딩’을 주제로 한 특강과 다양한 현장 사례 공유로 진행됐다.

남구는 이번 연수를 통해 교사들의 역량 강화와 보육 서비스 질적 향상을 기대하고 있다.

정영희 연합회 회장은 “교직원들이 함께 배우고 소통할 수 있는 기회를 지속적으로 마련하겠다”고 강조했다. 

조재구 남구청장은 “아이들이 꿈을 마음껏 펼칠 수 있도록 교직원들의 자긍심과 역량을 높이는 보육 환경을 만들겠다”고 말했다.

Daegu's Nam-gu District Office held a summer training program to enhance the expertise of teachers and staff at public and private daycare centers.

The Nam-gu District Office announced on the 22nd that it held the "2025 Summer Training for Childcare Teachers" in collaboration with the Nam-gu Public and Private Daycare Center Association at the Cheonma Square Audiovisual Room of Yeungnam University of Science and Technology on the 19th.

Approximately 150 people, including directors and teachers from public and private daycare centers in Nam-gu, attended the event.

The training consisted of a special lecture on "Teacher Personal Branding through Understanding Trends" and the sharing of various field cases.

Nam-gu District Office expects this training program to strengthen teachers' capabilities and improve the quality of childcare services.

Association President Jeong Yeong-hee emphasized, "We will continue to provide opportunities for teachers and staff to learn and communicate together."

Nam-gu District Mayor Cho Jae-gu stated, "We will create a childcare environment that fosters teachers' pride and competency, allowing children to pursue their dreams to the fullest."
