【브레이크뉴스 구미】이성현 기자=국립금오공과대학교(총장직무대리 김종복)는 급변하는 교육·연구 환경 속에서 대학 성과관리 현황과 대응 방안을 논의하기 위한 ‘KIT 성과공유 포럼’을 오는 20일 경북 구미 호텔금오산에서 개최한다고 밝혔다.

국립금오공대 IR센터가 주관하는 이번 포럼은 AI 시대에 부합하는 성과관리 체계의 발전 방향을 모색하고, 대학의 성과관리 현황과 우수사례를 공유함으로써 대학 간 정보교류와 협력 기반을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.

포럼에는 국립금오공대를 비롯해 국립경국대, 경운대, 구미대 등 지역 4개 대학의 재정지원사업 담당자와 사업 참여 학생 등 100여 명이 참석해 대학 성과의 의미와 가치를 재조명하고 대학별 우수 사례를 공유할 예정이다.

행사는 1부 대학 성과관리 현황 및 지역 대학 우수 사례 발표에 이어, 2부 국립대학육성사업 참여수기 공모전 시상식과 국립대학육성사업 우수사례 발표 순으로 진행된다.

특히 이날 초청 강연에서는 백승주 한국교육개발원 선임연구위원이 ‘AI 시대 성과관리 체계의 발전 방향’을 주제로 특강을 진행하며, 대학 성과관리의 중요성과 체계 구축 방향을 제시할 계획이다.
