국립금오공과대학교 RISE사업단(단장 권오형) 주관으로 2월 11일부터 양일간 경주에서 열린 이번 캠프는 취업을 앞둔 3~4학년 재학생 30명을 대상으로 면접 역량을 집중적으로 향상하기 위해 기획됐다.

참가 학생들은 ‘kitCH-ME UP! 나를 캐치하고, 취업으로 레벨 업!’이라는 슬로건 아래 ▲취업마인드 향상 액션러닝 ▲자기분석 워크시트 작성 ▲면접 자세·태도 트레이닝 ▲자기 PR 전략 수립 ▲전문가 1:1 피드백이 포함된 실전 모의면접 ▲AI 활용 협력형 팀 활동 등을 이수하며 실전 대응력을 체계적으로 강화했다.

특히 학생들이 수행해 온 ‘캡스톤 디자인 프로젝트’ 경험을 면접 콘텐츠로 구조화하는 프로그램이 큰 호응을 얻었다. 참가자들은 프로젝트 수행 과정과 성과를 논리적으로 정리해 전달하는 방법을 익혔으며, 전문가의 맞춤형 피드백을 통해 실제 면접 상황에 대비하는 실질적 역량을 갖췄다. 또한 AI 기반 협력 활동을 통해 취업 준비 과정에서의 성취감과 자기 효능감을 높였다.

권오형 RISE사업단장은 “캡스톤 디자인 경험을 면접 콘텐츠로 체계화하고, 실전 트레이닝과 전문가 피드백을 결합해 학생들의 면접 역량을 한 단계 끌어올리는 데 주력했다”며 “이번 캠프가 취업 준비 과정에서 느끼는 심리적 부담과 면접 불안 해소에 도움이 되었기를 바란다”고 밝혔다.

RISE사업단은 이번 캠프의 높은 만족도를 바탕으로, 보다 많은 학생이 체계적인 취업 준비와 면접 역량 강화 기회를 가질 수 있도록 관련 프로그램을 정례화해 지속 운영할 계획이다.

Kumoh National Institute of Technology (President Sang-ho Kim) successfully concluded its "kitCH-ME UP!" Job Interview Intensive Camp, designed to enhance job-seeking skills.

Organized by Kumoh National Institute of Technology's RISE Project Team (Director Oh-hyung Kwon) and held in Gyeongju for two days from February 11th, the camp was designed to intensively improve interview skills for 30 third- and fourth-year students preparing for employment.

Under the slogan "kitCH-ME UP! Catch Myself, Level Up Through Job Search!", the participating students systematically strengthened their practical skills through activities such as ▲action learning to improve their job-seeking mindset ▲creating self-analysis worksheets ▲training on interview posture and attitude ▲developing self-PR strategies ▲practical mock interviews with one-on-one feedback from experts ▲and ▲collaborative team activities utilizing AI.

The program, which structured the students' "Capstone Design Project" experience into interview content, was particularly well-received. Participants learned how to logically organize and communicate the project's progress and outcomes, and through tailored feedback from experts, they gained practical skills for preparing for actual interviews. Furthermore, AI-based collaborative activities enhanced their sense of accomplishment and self-efficacy during the job search process.

Kwon Oh-hyung, Director of the RISE Project, stated, "We focused on systematizing the capstone design experience into interview content and combining it with practical training and expert feedback to elevate students' interview skills. We hope this camp helped alleviate the psychological burden and interview anxiety experienced during the job search process."

Based on the high satisfaction rate of this camp, the RISE Project plans to continue to run related programs on a regular basis to provide more students with opportunities for systematic job preparation and improved interview skills.
