모바일 헬스케어 사업은 스마트폰 애플리케이션과 활동량계 등 정보통신기술(ICT)을 활용해 보건소 전문 인력이 비대면으로 맞춤형 건강관리 서비스를 제공하는 프로그램이다. 이를 통해 시민들이 일상 속에서 쉽고 지속적으로 건강을 관리할 수 있도록 지원한다.

경산시는 지난 2월 9일부터 사업 참여자를 선착순 모집한 결과, 접수 당일 마감될 정도로 시민들의 높은 관심을 받았다.

이번 검진은 서비스 참여 대상자를 확정하기 위한 절차로, 신청자 216명을 대상으로 체성분 측정과 혈압·혈액검사 등 건강검진과 상담이 16일부터 2주간 경산시보건소에서 진행된다.

검진 결과 이상이 없는 경우 최종 사업 대상자로 확정되며, 참여자는 사전 검사를 거쳐 약 6개월 동안 운동, 영양, 생활습관 개선 등 개인별 맞춤형 건강관리 상담과 서비스를 제공받게 된다.

안병숙 경산시보건소장은 “모바일 헬스케어 사업은 시간과 장소의 제약 없이 비대면으로 건강관리를 받을 수 있어 시민들의 만족도가 높은 사업”이라며 “앞으로도 시민 건강 증진과 만성질환 예방을 위한 다양한 건강관리 사업을 적극 추진하겠다”고 말했다.

Health checkups, including body composition measurements, blood pressure and blood tests, and consultations will be conducted at the Gyeongsan City Public Health Center for two weeks starting on the 16th for 216 applicants. After undergoing preliminary screening, participants will receive personalized health management counseling and services, including exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle improvements, for approximately six months.
