돌봄 통합 지원사업은 노쇠, 장애, 질병 등으로 일상생활에 어려움을 겪는 시민이 병원이나 시설이 아닌 기존 거주지에서 건강하고 안정적인 생활을 유지할 수 있도록 의료·요양·돌봄 서비스를 통합 제공하는 것이 핵심이다.
경산시는 법 시행에 앞서 조례 제정과 전담 인력 구성, 통합지원협의체 구축 등 제도적 기반을 마련해 왔다. 또한 수행기관 선정과 협약 체결, 관계기관 간담회 및 전담 인력 직무교육, 전달체계 점검 등을 통해 지역 내 협력체계를 구축하고, 시범 운영을 통해 현장 적용성을 보완해 왔다.
이에 따라 시는 대상자 발굴부터 개인별 지원계획 수립, 서비스 연계까지 전 과정을 체계적으로 운영할 계획이다. 특히 보건·의료·복지 분야 기관 간 유기적 협력을 통해 돌봄 사각지대를 최소화하고, 대상자 중심의 맞춤형 서비스 제공에 중점을 둘 방침이다.
지원 대상은 65세 이상 고령자와 65세 미만 중증 장애인 등 복합적 돌봄이 필요한 시민으로, 가사·식사 지원을 비롯해 이동지원, 방문목욕, 주거 안전 개선 등 다양한 서비스를 개인별 필요에 맞게 제공받을 수 있다.
이도형 권한대행은 “통합돌봄은 시민이 살던 곳에서 존엄한 삶을 이어갈 수 있도록 지원하는 핵심 정책”이라며 “그간 준비해 온 기반을 토대로 경산형 통합돌봄 체계를 안정적으로 정착시키고 시민 체감도를 높이겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편 돌봄통합지원서비스 신청은 주소지 관할 행정복지센터 내 통합 창구에서 가능하며, 초기 상담을 통해 대상자의 욕구에 맞는 맞춤형 서비스가 연계될 예정이다.

Meanwhile, applications for the Integrated Care Support Service can be made at the integrated counter within the administrative welfare center in the applicant's jurisdiction. Through an initial consultation, customized services tailored to the beneficiaries' needs will be linked.
