경산시는 관내 65세 이상 어르신 450명을 대상으로 노쇠 및 만성질환 예방·관리를 위한 ‘AI·IoT 기반 어르신 건강관리 사업’을 3월 26일부터 10월 2일까지 추진한다고 밝혔다.

시는 26일부터 선정 대상자를 중심으로 6일간 사전 건강 스크리닝을 실시해 혈압과 혈당 등 개인별 건강 상태를 점검하고, 이를 바탕으로 건강군·전허약군·허약군으로 분류할 계획이다.

이후 건강 상태에 따라 손목 활동량계, 체성분계, 혈압계, 혈당계 등 블루투스 기반 건강측정기기를 1인당 1~2종 제공하고, 개인별 맞춤형 건강 미션을 부여한다.

건강관리는 스마트폰 ‘오늘건강’ 애플리케이션을 통해 진행된다. 측정된 데이터는 전문 인력이 상시 모니터링하며, 상담과 피드백을 통해 생활습관 개선과 만성질환 관리가 이뤄진다. 또한 매월 건강 미션을 성실히 수행한 참여자에게는 인센티브도 제공된다.

경산시는 이번 사업을 통해 시간과 장소의 제약 없이 어르신들이 자율적으로 건강관리에 참여할 수 있는 환경을 조성하고, 지속적인 건강관리 체계를 구축한다는 방침이다.
