또, 경북도의회는 경상북도교육청에 대해서도 4조 4천57억 원이 예산을 편성했다. 교육청 예산은 전년도 애초 예산 4조 5천761억 원보다 1천704억 원(△3.7%)이 감소했다.

집행부 예산안 어디서 수정됐나.

경북도의회 예결특위는 경상북도가 제출한 예산안 중 일반회계 세출에서 35건, 53억 원을 삭감하고 삭감한 전액은 내부유보금에 계상했다. 특별회계 세출 부문에서는 3건, 16억 원이 삭감 처리됐으며 이 역시 삭감한 전액을 내부유보금에 계상했다. 기금부문은 증감 변동이 없었다.
