김종인 비상대책위원장이 오는 4월 7일을 자신의 임기로 규정하면서 국민의힘은 보궐 선거 이후 당권 레이스에 들어갈 전망이다. 이제까지 주호영 현 원내대표 외에 당 안팎에서는 나경원, 정우택, 정진석, 조경태, 윤영석, 그리고 김웅 의원 등이 자천 타천 거론되고 있다.
