서구는 아빠의 육아 참여를 통해 아이와 아빠가 함께 성장하고 남성의 돌봄참여 인식 개선 및 돌봄문화 확대를 위해 지난 6월부터 관내 4세부터 13세까지의 자녀를 둔 가정을 대상으로‘서구 라떼파파(latte papa)단’ 모집 공모를 실시했다.
총 50명(19가정)의 서구 라떼파파단을 구성되었으며 이날 행사는 발대식과 육아골든벨로 나눠 운영했다.
발대식에서는 위촉장 수여 및 선언문 낭독과 피켓 퍼포먼스, 육아골든벨에서는 육아상식 퀴즈를 통해 초보 아버지들의 육아에 대한 정보를 공유하고 공감하는 시간을 가졌다.
이달 초에‘서구 라떼파파(latte papa)단’밴드를 개설하였으며 앞으로 온라인 커뮤니티를 통해 구성원 간 소통과 육아에 대한 노하우를 공유하고 월간 미션 수행, 분임별 자율체험, 구청연계 체험, 활동경과보고 및 소감발표 등 다양한 활동을 실시할 예정이다.
