【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=경북도의회 정한석 의원(칠곡)이 경상북도교육청 주민참여 예산제 운영 조례 전부개정조례안을 발의했다.
정한석 의원은 전부개정안에 주민참여예산위원회의 설치와 운영에 있어 예산의 각 부분 또는 정책 사업별로 분과위원회를 구성할 수 있는 조항을 신설했다.
정 의원은 “주민참여예산제의 참여 확대와 효율적 운영을 위해 분과위원회의 구성을 신설하게 되었다.”며 “이번 전부개정안의 시행으로 경상북도교육청 주민참여예산제도가 더욱 확대되고 많은 주민들이 참여할 수 있는 기틀이 되어 경북교육 발전을 이끌 것으로 기대된다.”고 전부개정 취지를 밝혔다.
한편, 발의된 조례안은 제334회 임시회에서 상임위원회 심사와 본회의 심사를 거쳐 시행될 예정이다.
