지난 3월 16일부터 진행된 이번 공모전은 동구의 관광명소를 발굴해 동구의 관광지를 널리 알리고, 지역 경제 및 관광산업에 활력을 주기 위해 마련됐다.

시간과 계절의 변화에 따른 비교사진전으로 진행했으며, 대상으로 박미향씨의 ‘신숭겸유적지의 여름과 겨울’이 선정됐다. 

대구시 기념물 제1호로 지정된 신숭겸유적지에 백일홍이 만개한 여름과 눈 내린 겨울의 대비되는 아름다운 순간을 표현했다.

오는 15일 율하체육공원에서 열리는 어울림한마당에서 시상식과 전시가 함께 진행될 예정이며 대상 1점(상금 200만원), 금상 1점(상금 100만원), 은상 5점(상금 각 50만원), 동상 5점(각 30만원), 입선 10점(각 10만원)으로 수상자 22명에게 총상금 800만원이 지급된다. 

입상 작품은 향후 달력, 리플릿, 가이드북 등 2차 저작물로 적극 활용될 계획이다.

윤석준 동구청장은 “아름다운 동구의 낮과 밤을 표현해 준 모든 지원자분들께 감사드린다. 앞으로 사진은 동구 관광에 적극 활용하겠다”고 말했다.

The awards ceremony and exhibition will be held together at the Oullim Hanmadang to be held at Yulha Sports Park on the 15th, with 1 grand prize (2 million won in prize money), 1 gold medal (1 million won in prize money), 5 silver prizes (500,000 won each), and 5 bronze medals. (KRW 300,000 each) and 10 winning points (KRW 100,000 each), 22 winners will receive a total of KRW 8 million in prize money.

 The winning works are planned to be actively used as secondary works such as calendars, leaflets, and guidebooks in the future.
