2일 오후 6시, 경일대가 2023학년도 정시모집 원서접수을 마감한 가운데 296명 모집에 663명이 지원하여 평균 2.24대 1의 경쟁률을 보였다고 밝혔다.

지난해에는 정시모집 원서접수에서 338명 모집에 791명이 지원해 평균 2.34대 1의 경쟁률을 기록하였으며 올해는 소폭 하락한 결과를 기록했다.

학과별로는 간호학과 일반전형이 5.55대 1, 사진영상학부 사진영상전공 실기전형이 7.40대 1, 만화애니메이션학부 실기전형이 5.64대 1의 경쟁률을 보였다.
